Overview
The Diploma in Accounting and Finance at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) prepares students with the practical knowledge, analytical skills, and ethical values required to excel in the fields of accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, banking, and financial management. The programme combines theoretical foundations with hands-on training, enabling graduates to confidently manage financial records, prepare reports, analyze business performance, and support organizational decision-making.
Students gain practical experience using modern accounting principles, financial reporting techniques, budgeting, taxation, payroll management, and computerized accounting systems, preparing them for careers in both the public and private sectors.
Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in Commerce or Mathematics.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
