Overview
The Leadership Certificate Program at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) is a transformative program designed to develop authentic, ethical, and effective leaders who can inspire change, mobilize resources, and drive organizational success. This comprehensive certificate program covers the full spectrum of leadership theory and practice, including leadership styles, emotional intelligence, team building, conflict resolution, decision-making, communication, change management, ethical leadership, and servant leadership. The curriculum is designed to bridge theory and practice, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, personal development, and practical leadership experiences through case studies, role-playing, group projects, and leadership simulations.

To be admitted into the Leadership Certificate Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: Minimum of a South Sudan Secondary School Certificate or equivalent (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, Uganda Certificate of Education, or other recognized equivalents)
2. Minimum Grade: A pass in English at the secondary school level
3. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (the medium of instruction)
4. Age Requirement: Minimum age of 16 years at the time of admission
5. Application Process: Completed application form, certified academic transcripts, and a copy of national identification or birth certificate
6. Personal Attributes: Applicants should demonstrate self-awareness, integrity, a desire to help others, and a commitment to personal growth and community development
