Overview

The Diploma in Project Planning and Management at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) equips students with the knowledge, practical skills, and leadership competencies required to plan, implement, monitor, and successfully manage projects across government institutions, NGOs, humanitarian organizations, development agencies, and the private sector.

The programme emphasizes strategic planning, project design, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), risk management, procurement, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. Students develop practical project management skills through case studies, simulations, teamwork, and real-world applications, preparing them to deliver projects that create lasting social and economic impact.

Eligibility

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in Mathematics, Commerce, or English.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.

Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
